Our story

The recent eviction of a tenant from one of the properties managed has garnered the attention of several social media channels, with the tenant portraying themselves as a victim and attempting to vilify our company through misrepresentation of events and lies by omission stated by Legal Aid . Contrary to the tenant’s claims, the eviction was not arbitrary or unjust. The individual in question had repeatedly failed to fulfill their obligations as outlined in their lease agreement. This included neglecting to pay for essential services and other expenses directly related to the upkeep of the property, which are fundamental responsibilities of any tenant.
Regrettably, a politically pressured judge in a judicial ruling forced us to turn on Electricity in our company’s name to cover for their overdue utility expenses in the tenant’s name . This decision was not reflective of the facts of the case or the applicable legal principles but rather resulted from external influences that compromised the integrity of the judicial process.
